A brief self introduction before proceeding further.

Come February 2019, I will be completing 62 years. Yes, am that young!

Journalist.Author of three non-fiction books with focus on logistics & supply chain.

Highways, Transport, Trucking, Drivers, Road Safety, etc.

Hope you got the drift...

Travelled 200,000 KM plus on Indian Highways. Of which 28,000 km in commercial vehicles (trucks) as kalasi to understand the challenges of trucking in India since January 2010.

Now publish/edit DRIVERS DUNIYA, an English Quarterly published from Delhi since September 2015.

Also a Consultant with Asian Institute of Transport Development (AITD), currently working to create a template for the creation of the National Centre for Road Safety, a World Bank funded project under the guidance of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Govt of India.

That's all about me at this juncture.

Road Safety is obviously is an area of major interest. That's where I cottoned onto the Hella India anchored Club D2S Onecroresteps.com initiative since July 27, 2018.

This blog will regularly bring my take on what I have seen from close quarters with an excellent bunch of enthusiastic Hella Team from Day One.

How come no mention of Subramaniam "Subu" Narayanan, the Walker, walking into the annals of global walkers pantheon, you ask?
